Sherin Wing is an author and writer for both academic and popular publications. She has a wide range of eclectic writing interests, from economics and social policy to architecture and religion. Her endeavors have included column series on architecture, education, and technological innovations. She has also published academic articles on gender, postcolonialism, and religion. Her books include a volume on architectural education and a recent book on architecture and religion. She received her B.A. in English Literature at UCLA. Her M.A. and Ph.D. are in Buddhism, also acquired at UCLA.
Her current writing project is on cartography, postcolonialism, and diamonds. She is a current member of the online, open-access journal, Religions.
